My husband has to wear a knee brace (medical grade) and it was irritating his skin with sore spots. I got him this sleeve and what a difference it has made! No more red areas on his knee/leg area. The sleeve is nice and long so he folds the top excess part of it over the top of his brace. His pants easily glide over the sleeve too. We hand wash it to keep it from stretching in washing machine. Hang to dry. Very nice!

This brace undersleeve is amazing. Super comfortable. Well made. Mostly cotton. It has made the difference between being unable to wear my knee brace to being able to use my brace. I ordered a second one so I can rotate them out. It says in the instructions to wear the undersleeve inside out so the seam is on the outside not touching the skin. I had to wash it a couple times before that weird new fabric smell went away, but now it's fine. I air dry it. My brace size is a large. After measuring my thigh and reading reviews I ordered a medium. Fits perfect.

I bought one of these to try under my leg braces. It works very well. I then found them locally 2 for $25. The one thing i would recommend when ordering is that you order the smaller size when it gives you a size option. They do stretch.
