Best thing I've found for removing pet hair in the dryer cycle. Better than dryer sheets, even the ones that say they are great for removing pet hair. Long-lasting.

So originally I wrote a scathing review of these hair removal assistance balls because I didn't see very many hairs on the balls themselves when they came out of the washer or the drier and I still saw some hair on my newly-washed clothes. But upon further inspection of my now-dried clothes, I noticed a significant reduction in pet hair on items like my cloth napkins and black dresses. My brother/roommate also noticed way less hair on his own clothes after using the balls with his laundry.I am not the type of person who's afraid to admit they've made a mistake or jumped to a rash conclusion. So yes! These do, in fact work! And extremely well!And I safely found all of them after folding all my laundry. 😀My sincerest apologies to both the company who made this product and to anyone who read my review and were dissuaded from making this purchase. My regret runs deep.Here is my old review, for anyone curious enough to care:The only thing these useless little balls picked up was my seething ire.I have a cat and a dog and have a good amount of clothes and other items I need to hang-dry, so I was looking for something that would help get rid of all the hair in the washing machine. I threw batches of six into four separate commercial washing machines and none of the 24 balls barely picked up a single hair. All the hair was still clinging to my wet clothes. I was so irritated and disappointed, I didn't even bother finishing my laundry before writing this review.Oh, and they didn't do any better in the drier, either.At least for this brand, the little plastic hooks are way too soft to catch anything; you'd need hooks with the hardness and consistency of the rough side of velcro for them to work.I really hope I didn't lose them all in my laundry so I can send them back for a refund.

Use in washing to help remove pet hair

I’m have a GSD and two cats and am swimming in pet hair; this product is not useful at all. It didn’t catch any hair, it got lost in the clothes making it a pain to count all twelve tiny balls each time. I’m not even sure it catches lint. Onto the next product to try to get rid of the fur…

Used these in 2 loads, and did not work. No grabbing of dog hair. Spent more time looking for those little balls after the wash was done. Not worth it.
