I'm really surprised how well these actually work. They stay on your skin as long as you leave them be and they don't really smell and you don't notice them unless you put it right up to your face of course. We visit family in Colorado every year and I get altitude sickness for a couple days at the beginning of our trips each time so I'm really happy I found this and will be using it from now on. It completed eliminates any nausea or sick feeling I usually get. Its great!!

No issues with altitude in Mexico City, which sits at over 7,000ft. Before buying these patches, I always experienced sinus issues in places at altitude such as Denver and Bogota, Colombia. These seemed to work great for me. They smell pretty strong, but it wasn't a terrible smell IMO.

We went to 5000+ feet mountain for camping during Thanksgiving. The kids were having mild altitude sickness symptoms. The patches definitely helped ease the symptoms. They're very easy to apply and stick well.

These products are hard to know how much they worked, especially if there was still slight altitude effects. Maybe they worked and the altitude effects would have been a lot worse without them. These were just for a flight, I didn't realize most other reviews would be about visiting places with higher elevation, but these were really helpful for my family's cross country flight! really nice calming herbal scent, could have been a placebo honestly but we appreciated it nonetheless
