Update: So I've had it installed on my psp for a few days now. The "crunchy" feeling of movement has largely gone away. I am thinking that they've just been sitting around unused for so long that they needed some time to get loosened up. It still doesn't feel quite as smooth as an Original stick, but if I handed it to you to play, I doubt you'd notice the difference. Updating my rating from a 3 to a 5.Allow me to start by saying that this is the correct product. It fits, it works, and it saved me when my analog stick finally gave up the ghost and started drifting no matter what I did.The negative is that it's not smooth. Movement feels "crunchy", whereas the original stick slid smoothly. Now, I'm not saying that the original PSP Analog Slider was great, but it felt better than this. This change has messed me up on more than one occasion while playing games, but I am sure it is something that I will adjust to with time.However, it's not like I can find original parts for PSP's these days. Oh well. I will survive

The analog stick works great but noticed that it likes to pop off easily.
