Grill will not stay lit without a weighted object placed on regulator knob to keep it depressed. Oven opening needs to be a little wider. After repeated attempts to contact customer service for technical concerns, I contacted Amazon to intervene and received no follow up. Also, it’s not a very expensive grill compared to the Otto grill, but these grills are over hyped; they’re only as good as the quality (expense) of the steak you cook in it. Also, you’re still stuck outside in order to cook with it. Save your money, by a good outdoor grill. I am sending this P.O.C.C. back.

I had a lot of fun and this thing seared and broiled my 2" thick steaks in about 9 minutes. It's a great little infra-red broilers and I like have the heat source on top, rather than below the food.I got the best results from the middle shelf position. I warmed up the grill tray at the top, so it seared my steak from the grill side, as well as the top.The only gripe I have is that the entire outside was covered with a thin plastic protective coating, which took us about an hour to peel off. But, otherwise, it hooked up easily, I kept the pilot light on for about 3 seconds and then turned on the full burner. I only needed a minute to warm up.The grill is sturdy and seems safe. My table top never even got warm.I can't wait to try making some flatbread pizza for lunch.

I'm very pleased. The stainless steel is very sturdy. Quality seems high. Easy to use. Not easy to clean if you are a clean freak, but considering what we ask it to do it is fine. I am happy with this purchase.
