Defective product
The product arrived and the paint pen had leaked in the ziplock bag. Was extremely difficult to use as most of the paint leaked in shipment.

Paint did not flow
After multiple attempts, the base coat paint simply would not flow from from the paint pen on the touch up kit I received. The clear coat worked fine. Although the paint pen appears to be defective, I'm still giving 3 stars. The reason is that the seller provided a refund right away, and the touch up kit came with clear well written instructions. This seems to be a rare occurrence in many products I've received from Amazon.

Color is off
Color is a couple shades off from what it should be. Horrible results.

Enjoy getting dripped paint off your vehicle!
Junk! It supposed to be like a magic marker except the tip is rock hard and when you press down to load it...the paint drips out all over your vehicle. Looks like my kindergarten grandkid did the painting. Thank you very little.

not as good as others
I have had to get Toyota touch up paint, and it worked better. This Ford paint was hard to start. Flow was poor. Small amount. The tip kept coming out of the clear coat bottle.

I have a 2019 Ford F250 SuperDuty XLT with the paint code of Z1 and this paint color does not match. Be warned!
