I am a diabetic. And I don't know if I should ever buy this cake again. Because you can't just eat 1 bite. You can't just eat 1 slice. You actually sit there and almost eat the whole entire thing. Even though you know it's going to put you in a diabetic coma, because it's so freaking delicious. You can't stop eating it. It is impossible to put down the spoon or fork or whatever it is you're using to eat it with. I used a spoon. Cause this is what I had on me at the time and I'm telling you, it is so freaking good, I didn't know what to do because I was not expecting it to be that moist and spongy and full of flavor I mean, you could taste the rum, the coconut, the. I am buying these for Christmas and giving them out as Christmas gifts. And I think I'm going to buy 2 for Thanksgiving and put it on the Thanksgiving table and serve it with custard and put a bowl of custard in the middle and the people can put the custard on their cake, but you don't even need that because it's so. Delicious II believe if I take this to Thanksgiving. Everybody's gonna be fighting over who gets another slice. Not not who gets a slice or not. Who gets another slice? Cuz? You're never satisfied with just one slice of this cake. I am not kidding if you love ROM, and you love coconut. And you love spongy, moist softness. That is not too sweet, but not under sweet. It's not over wet, it's not under, it's not dry, definitely. It's, I'm telling you it was perfection, perfection, perfection, perfection.Except if you're diabetic, because I did suffer from it and um. I would do it again knowing it's going to make me sick because it's that delicious. 🤧 i wish you made bigger ones for bigger families to share in holiday times because is this one? It's not big enough, it's just not big. Enough please make it bigger.

This is the most moist cake I have EVER had. It was also delicious. I purchased several flavors but have so far only tried the pineapple. I don’t love the pineapple flavor but it’s not absolutely horrible either. It just tastes more like a pineapple candy. For this reason, I wouldn’t purchase that particular flavor again for myself.

I always hesitate to buy baked goods online as they can arrive dry, not fresh or tasteless. Not this cake! I opened the box, made a pot of coffee and invited friends in for coffee and rum cake. To a person, they practically inhaled every crumb. This delightful cake is definitely worth ordering. I'm ordering several as holiday gifts.

They are smaller than you think. For example - our son-in-law took one to work to have for breakfast. They are the size of a large cinnamon bun in a plastic clamshell. The taste however is stellar, it always is, the variety was also good. He was pleased with his gift and that's all that matters.

So I’m West Indian, I’m used to strong “run cakes” after reading sone of the reviews I was hesitant to buy a larger loaf because I wasn’t sure myself or my family would like it. This was a test cake,it is pricey. Cake quality: moist and fresh . There’s not much alcohol in it but it does have a strong alcohol flavor possibly given the small size of the cake , I’m wondering if the pound loaf will have such a strong alcohol flavor too . It’s delicious, but it does have a very strong rum flavor, bear that in mind if you aren’t a fan of strong rum cakes . I love it, I’m anxious to try the other selections before gifting them though , my mom makes her own rum cakes every Christmas, this reminds me of her cakes. Conclusion: Moist and fresh cake … delicious if you like cakes with a strong alcohol flavor, this is it!

I have given these to lots of friends and they love the variety and the size. Everyone is sure to have a favorite then they can order a regular size for themselves. They are delicious for dessert or morning coffee.. the price is good too.

The cake is decent enough. However 15 bucks for a little Debby sized bunt cake is insane. If I had any idea it was this small, I would have NEVER bought it. Not to mention it's packaged in a plastic sleeve, just like a $1 little Debby. Will NOT buy again.
