I didn’t know how effective Lion Mane was for my memory until I stopped using only because I was trying to pare down my budget. Well, never again. My only issue with this product is the packaging. Like most of these resealable (ziplock) packages the ziplock is not sealed when manufactured. They are only heat sealed. The contents are a very fine powder which gets into the ziplock during shipping and prevents resealing the package. This only happens with very fine powders, but the manufacture should know this and seal it up before heat sealing.

I like this product, I think it truly does help with focus,I have been taking this for about 5-6 months now and I noticed a difference in my attention and focus after taking it for a month and they have improved. I do recommend this product, only downfall is I wish it was a little cheaper.

This is a quality product. It disolves in my hot tea. Tastes good, gives me an energy boost and has helped me think clearer. I wasn't happy with the price and tried another company's brand to get more for the money. I had to toss it out. Didnt disolve just stayed in a clump. Had a horrible taste and gave me a headache and nausea. So am just going to stick with what works now. I am not going to try another brand again. I prefer this brand in powder form because you can put it in hot drinks to get a bigger benefit.

Gets average rating because I never felt any type of change in mood, energy, focus, or none of that. Maybe it's just me. Try it for yourself and make your decision.
