This product has worked WONDERS on my cat’s ear in just a month. In September, my cat started losing hair on his ear. Initially, his ear only had a small patch of hair missing –– with a little scratch. I first thought he might have just over itched in that one area. However, after monitoring it through the week, it got progressively worse. The once small patch of hair missing was now a significant part of his ear, even going a little bit into the back of his hair. I was getting progressively nervous as to what was happening to my cat’s ear. I looked all over the internet and stumbled across this product. I purchased it right away. Once I got the product, I started using it on my cat’s ear. It is a gel consistency that comes out of a spray bottle. Rather than spraying it directly on my cat’s ear (which is quite alarming to him), I would spray about three pumps directly onto a folded paper towel and then dab it on my cat’s ear. I would do this first thing in the morning before breakfast and at night before dinner (twice a day). After using this product, I saw his ear was getting better after about a week and getting MUCH BETTER at the two-week mark. Today, it’s been about a month since I saw the first small patch of hair missing, and his ear is COMPLETELY BACK TO NORMAL. I am so happy that I found this product, and my cat is back to being ok. I stopped using the medicine after about 2-3 weeks. I am no longer using this product because my cat’s ear looks perfect again (about a month later)!! I will add pictures to this post. I recommend this product to anyone whose cat is having a similar experience. It has worked wonders!!!

Back in May my cat started itching her ears really bad. It got to the point that she scratched her skin raw and the infection spread to her eyes. The photo shown is actually her after spending a week at the vet. Needless to say, I was not happy when I got my poor baby back like the first photo shows. The vet said it was an infection and then sent me home with antiseptic spray to put on her skin. We tried this for 3 weeks and $200 later and she was only getting worse. We decided to take her to another vet in a town 30 minutes away. The first visit went great. They ran some tests and gave her a steroid shot with some more spray and ear ointment that would need to be squeezed and massages into her ear. You could see some improvement a day later, but soon she went back to scratching and getting worse. I took 2 more vet trips so figure something out, and nothing would work. I even tried other remedies and tricks like a cone (she pulled it off in 3 seconds), booties, socks, Velcro socks, anti itch spray. NOTHING WOULD WORK!! We spent roughly $500 on treatments plus the fuel and time taken off work to get her in to see the vet. I was desperate and began skimming through amazon products with good reviews. I was willing to try anything because she was miserable and in the same condition for months already. I came across this product and it is amazing!!! I will say, though, that instead of spraying the ointment onto the hot spot, you should pour some on a paper towel or towel and dab it on the infected area. When we sprayed it on our cat, she started itching even more. I don’t know why, but when we dabbed it on her she began to improve drastically. I’m pleased to say that she is doing great right now. Her skin is healed, and we’re on day 4 of no ointment (I’m trying to see how she’ll do without treatment) and SHE’S DOING PERFECT!!! Overall a great product especially for the price.

This product really helped my puggle who suffers from seasonal dermatitis. She had a large amount of hot spots forming on her pelvic region that was causing a lot of discomfort, itchiness and redness. I used this product about 3x a day for a week, while also having her wear a cone to keep her from licking off the product and exasperating her spots and it cleared it up for the most part. Do keep in mind that this is a temporary fix though, as the spots did return after I stopped using it on her. The bottle is also fairly small, so you will have to continue buying or come up with a long term option.

this product works great and quickly

I got this for my female who has skin issues on her face and toes. She's always chewing on her toes but we've tried everything else we know of so decided to try this. I put it on her for a day and a l half when my male blew up like a balloon. He was swollen from his nose to his shoulders and was having trouble breathing. Benedryl helped a ton and by the next morning he was better. Went a day without putting this stuff on and he was much better. He's allergic to something in this product. I can't say if it would work or not since I wasn't able to give it a try but it's strange to me that with all my dogs have been around that he would suddenly find something he's allergic to when we've used a similar product from this manufacturer before with no trouble. I gave it to my friends dog sanctuary hoping they could use it. I don't want it here in case someone forgets that Yoyo is allergic to it. I never smelled any kind of fragrance so don't think that was it. Hope it works for others but might be warned. Always test things out and have a vet handy in case.

Easy to use. Gel stays on. Looks like it is working!! After using... don't put on more than once a day and watch for build up.

I have a major problem finding minor wound treatments for pets that are safe for them to eat. Dogs and cat's lick wound areas and many products intended for wound treatment caution that the product can't be eaten and in some cases you are instructed to call poison control if ingested! This product is safe for pet's to eat and it works great on minor wounds or hot spots. My dog had chaffed under is front legs from a harness and this product worked great on the wound areas and did not cause any digestive issues when he licked the treated areas.
