Very sturdy and looks so good in my business, I ordered a second one.

I bought this to show off a menu and it exceeded my expectations. As simple as this board is, it's pretty awesome!As you write, with the given markers, you can change the background color, thus changing the color of the writings. The background color can pulse different colors or stay one color, for your writings.Okay, I went on too much for a simple board, but wow... blown away!

Great value and perfect for our home message board. I have 2 young adult kids that are both legally blind. This board is great for leaving them little notes, writing shopping list, etc. The contrast of the black board with the fluorescent markers when lit up is awesome! Pens do take awhile to get the ink flowing and it's really difficult to clean all the marker off when erasing without it leaving a smeared mess. Have tried many ways to clean the board and still no sure fire method that doesn't take too much time and still leaves board to my liking. Wish there was an easier way. Another plus though is that it mounts very securely and the plug in cord is of a decent length. It's also got great features with the remote and being able to change colors, make it blink, have it fade in and out...really catches the eye!

This is a wonderful board although it is quite heavy. I have 4 heavy duty magnet hooks holding it up and it still needs to sit on the blackboard ledge to be safe. I knocked off one star because it stopped working the other day and I had to connect a cord between the usb port it has and the plug it came with for it to work. It just stopped randomly making a connection. However the light brightness is even around the board, the remote works perfectly and the box of markers it came with are EXCELLENT. I reached out to their customer service when it stopped working, was asked to text pics and contact information but I didn’t receive contact to replace the cord as promised. I’m glad my cord (white cord visible in pic) worked to make a connection and power it back on. It’s one of my favorite things in my classroom. I’ll update if I hear back from the company. I read the reviews and some said it just stopped working, try a different cord-worked for me.Update: I made contact again and the company did send me a new connection part which worked. Overall I would buy from them again and trust them.

Ordered two of these for my bar. Wanted to write a list of beers and wines on them. Got them all set up and put on the walls then plugged into... well the light doesn't reach the middle of the board! See the photo I uploaded. The LED strips are only on the long sides. So if you write in the middle it's very dark compared to the sides with the LED strips. These might be usable for some people but if you need every square inch forget it. Also, the chain that comes with it won't reach across the long side. Only the short side. So if you want a landscape mounting? Forget it. Basically... just forget this sign.Edit: Hosim sent me a new sign and this one looks 500% better than the first one. I used 4 colors and tested the middle and edges (See new pic). While the edges are still brighter, the dropoff in light in the middle is much much less than the first sign I received. I am guessing there was a design flaw in the glass they used or an angle issue with the LEDs. Thier customer service is amazing and they did everything they could to make sure I was happy. Great sign and a great company!

Purchased to use at restaurant for daily specials. Used less than 2 months and it already broke. The parts that hold the hanger gave way and the board landed on the ground breaking it.

We loved this board, that we bought two. I purchased the first one for my 4-1/2 year daughter for use during therapy as she has vision issues and this was an inexpensive way to provide her with a high contrast writing surface. The remote is easy to operate and the markers work well once you prime them. My only complaint is that the surface is not the easiest to clean off. It does get clean, however my 8 and 10 year olds make a mess when they are cleaning the surface and the neon markers end up everywhere! Not a complaint of the product - just beware to moms when letting kids at play!

This was a great purchase - I bought this because I have two boys and we are constantly on the run- I ruined a previouschalkboard using chalk pens that really are not good for chalkboards, but are perfect for this board. I love this board because it shows thecolors of the pens beautifully even when it isn't lit. The board has different lighting capabilities so it shows the pens in variouscolors. Its bigger than my last board too so I can get everything that we are doing written down. It has a plug, as well as the capabilityto use batteries. It came with pens and a cloth for cleaning, it even has a remote control. The board can also be hung either vertically or horizontally and comes with a chain. - Everything from soup to nuts is with this board if you want to get to using it right away. I can see why a restaurant or bar would use it. I saw other reviews that said the light wasn't all the way around and still took the chance. If that was the case before they have fixed that problem, because there are no dim spots on this board - all colors can be seen clearly and are evenly lit. I am very happy with my purchase
