Ready to use or ready to microwave. When we make this caramel from scratch we keep added moisture in the batch so that you just remove the lid, place it into the microwave for about 5 minutes and it’s ready. The Melting Caramel is perfect for making your own caramel apples, dipped pretzels or other popular candies. Want a great ice cream topping? Just add a couple tablespoons of water, heat and pour over your favorite ice cream. The two-pound container can be reheated 2 to 3 times.
