No, because this is for after the baby is born. This will help with lactation a well. If anything it’s more like a multivitamin. It does help a little with regulation, probably cause it doesn’t have as much iron as a prenatal

Q: Why is there no calcium or magnesium in this supplement?

Calcium and magnesium are not included as these minerals are very large and will often compete for absorption of the smaller vitamins/minerals found in a multi.

Q: Why does it have yeast extract/ yeast in it?

MegaFood uses autolyzed yeast for their fermented minerals. The yeast in the end products is in a non-active form and is not a pathogenic yeast. With that said, please consult with your health care practitioner if you have questions before taking a new supplement.
