I'm planning to buy one of those GoPong tables with pre-drilled holes - do you know if these cups will work with that?

I believe the bottom is the same size as a Solo cup so you should be fine. I think with the pre-drilled holes the cup usually sticks up a bit anyway, and that would hopefully be where the hexagon is. Plus pre-drilled holes may be better than using a standard table if they do fit so they dont tip over like they did for me a bunch.

Do these cups still let the ball spin around the rim?

Yes. However this occurs a little less often due to the hexagonal shape. This means the Hail Mary shots won't work as well anymore. Accurately placed shots in the center of the cup will be more effective.
