pepper is pepper right? Wrong, there are so many different flavors and heat ranges of black pepper it’s not even funny, and if it’s too hot, the family won’t eat it and you’ve just wasted your money. Malabar pepper, has a bright flavor but not too hot on the tongue, adds just the right amount of flavor without the heat, i prefer a fine to medium grind texture, and this fits the bill.

The size of the salt works great for our salt grinder. Easy to pour into a funnel for the grinder. Tastes great
