OK Amazon finally fix the problem uploading pictures up here so I'm​ going to post some pics so you guys can see how sick and clear this system is.... ok well I see some people complained about this product but let me tell you what if you don't have any knowledge about dealing with this kind of technology or at least a little bit of patience to take time and check the manual then don't waist your time with this one or any other security system .. Cause let me tell you.this is by far one of the most easier system to setup .. This system have a majestic software really well just self-explanatory you barely have to do anything.fantastic night vision nooo I might say Incredible infrared night vision cameras ( never seen anything like this before) and day time omg!!! you have to see this for your self unbelievable beautiful.. also have a 1TB hard drive already installed so I can record any event without loosing any details.. Even more fantastic the work they did updating the cooling system on the DVR .. I was amazed to see the excellent job they did !! Hands up to you guys!! And the most important thing the zosi view app.. I never see an app connect so fast so simple and such an incredible definition .. Overall if anyone of you guys have a hard time trying to figure out how to get this product ready to go I will recommend you to contact the zosi group ..This great people will do whatever it takes to make sure you feel satisfied with your purchase .. Trust me when I say they will do anything just be patient contact them by email They will help you no question asked They will be there for you till the end !!!

The media could not be loaded. The Zosi DVR & Cameras are very easy to set up & I did the installation myself at home and found no difficulties during the setup. Live view is pretty good and I am quite impressed with the quality of these cameras. During the day & night, the picture is bright and clear. It records all channels and I can monitor it from mobile, tv, laptop everywhere.When I placed the order, it came super fast and communication with the vendor has been excellent. ZOSI support team is always helpful and responding promptly to customer queries. Before buying and after the purchase I contacted them to inquire about the product and always got positive response.I found it very Reliable & stable 24/7 system. Hard drive storage is enough for me. It supports up to 8 cameras which is enough for my home and the good thing is all cameras are water proof with with 24/7 Non stop recording & Night vision supports.

Arrived superfast easy set up works great.

I was super hesitant to get this after my experience with another one. I won't mention it's ( A N N K E) name. I spent 3 days trying to get it to work and having to wait 12hrs before replies from tech.The Zosi was removed from it's box and in 5 minutes I had a cam setup, connected to the internet and was viewing images on the Android phone. I'll admit the full install will take some time with having to run wires but that's true of any wired system.PROs...Worked right out of the box!Cameras have good pictures and plenty useful at night and I can see out to 60+ feet.Viewing app was easy to setup and streams all the connected cameras.If I needed info it was easy to find on Google.It pretty much does what it says.CONs...Like all Chinese DVRs it seems to use a non standard HDMI and there is some clipping at the screen edges. VGA cable should fix that right up.Zosi Smart app is a bit clunky but gets the job done.Wish the DVR had a remote instead of mouse.So overall I am very please with it. So much so I sent the other back and won't even bother using it for a backup to my shop. I'll get another Zosi for that.

First, this is my first home surveillance system. Decided to buy it after my car was broken into right in my driveway! I installed everything on my own, 38yo single female. One of the camera wires didn't work so I started with three cameras until I received the replacement wires which was quick once I contacted the company, thanks Moon! Follow up and troubleshooting were prompt and thorough. The images are amazing! It's perfect! Like watching television. The device is a little loud though. I'm assuming it's a fan that keeps the software safe. It's nothing you can't get used to though. I don't even really notice it anymore. The night vision is stellar too! I was quite impressed with this as well. When I installed the cameras, if it isn't mounted straight on the image is at an angle. That took a bit to get used to.The instructions are just one page front and back for starting the equipment. To use my device with my phone, I had to purchase a $4 wifi dongle. Not too bad.If I had to deduct any portion of my 5 star rating, I would deduct less than half a star for the running program. Maybe I'm accustomed to Windows, but it is slightly difficult and seems antiquated how to navigate thru the menus.Overall, incredibly happy with my purchase and would recommend to friends! Customer service is definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!
