Pathetic, and not safe!
These are the worst mouth guards I’ve ever come across - no wonder they were the cheapest! No instructions were included, but I’ve had plenty of experience moulding mouth guards to know how to gauge them for moulding.After 60s in boiling water the first one (white inside) had shrunk and flattened so much that there was no way, even with careful moulding, it would stay in my daughter’s mouth.I tried the second one (black inside) in boiling water for 45s. While it didn’t shrink quite so much, it flattened out such that moulding around the teeth, particularly the molars, wasn’t possible.There’s no way I’d send my daughter out with these mouth guards. The performance, comfort and quality is dreadful!
