Great Quality Glass Nail Files
These are great quality nail files! I've used them a few times since I purchased them, and can tell they'll last a long time. You get a small, medium, and large file in the set, so you can keep one in your purse and the others at home if you like. They are sturdy glass, and the grit is really etched into the glass so it won't rub off like traditional emery boards or cheap glass nail files that are just coated with the grit. The file feels almost velvety smooth, so it doesn't tear up your nails, and as you file your nails, they just turn into a very fine powder. The files glide across and shape your nails quickly for how fine the grit is. Probably, the only downside is how thick the files are, which makes it only slightly more difficult to get the file between the nail and skin at the corners, but not a huge deal. Definitely worth it!

By far the most effective nail files.
All my life I've had thin, soft finger nails. This coupled with my propensity to still try to use than as tools has always left me with the problem my nails catching, tearing, getting nicked, etc., to the point that I've always had nail files on numerous locations, except my pocket, which would be the only solution with the various nail files I've been using. I thought I would try these. I got them towards the end of May. It's now mid-June. I have not had a single catch, tear, rip, since the time I used them. They seem to burnish the nails as well as file them. The files I was using never really left the edges smooth which is probably why they would always quickly get caught and tear on something. As a wood worker I am well familiar with burnishing things to an ultra smooth finish where there is no hint of roughness. That's exactly what these nails files do. I love in the country where there's no shortage of big bites. The first thing I noticed after using these nail files was that it became more difficult to scratch itchy bug bites. They were too smooth. A small price to pay. And probably much better for my skin as well. With the old nail files I was using it was very easy to get significant skin damage with just a little scratching, usually done half asleep. Haha. Anyway great product. I can imagine these lasting a lifetime of you A) don't use them to try file metal, B) don't use them as pry bars, C) don't use them as screwdrivers, and D) don't throw them around. They seem quite sturdy using them as they are intended. Finger nails begin softer than glass cannot possibly wear them out. This is simple physics.

Very happy, do a great job, wonderful to have three sizes
I guess I didn't look at the sizes but they're wonderful. The really big one is great for doing toenails because you can be a little further away and still reach them. The tiny one fits in a purse so you can do a touch up on a sharp nail anywhere, and the middle one is really nice where you're going to use it a lot on fingernails--does a super job of shaping and it's so much better than the nail clipper my husband uses. Gave some to my daughters and their husbands wanted to use them too rather than those clippers! You have so much more control with these.

Why haven’t I known about these sooner?
These are so nice! Much gentler, but as effective as a normal file. Very pretty and would make a terrific gift!

Pretty Good!
There are things I love and things I hate about these glass nail files: I love how quickly they file my nails and how clean nail edges are when done. I hate the shivers feeling I get when they're scraped directly across the tip of my nails -- it makes me shudder. Filing the sides of a nail doesn't bother me at all, just the very tip with the file making a straight-across pass. The file quality seems excellent and I love the smallest one which has gone into my purse. I think overall I'm going to be glad I bought them, but I do have to be careful not to get the shivers using them. Odd, no?

Nail perfection!
I have used dozens on glass nail files and liked them well enough, but these glass files are on a whole other level! They are so gentle on your nails yet so effective in filing them down. I can also shape my nails beautifully with these. The quality is perfection. I’ll use no other!

Durable, high quality and long lasting
I have been using mont bleu nail files for years and they are excellent!!! I ordered a set for my whole family and they are long-lasting. The nail file never loses it's grit and is excellent for widdling down long, natural nails. I would describe it as sharp and it quickly sheds off length. I bought this set to use on my toes as well. The smallest file is great to put in the purse or a pocket. The middle file is nice to use on the fingernails, and the largest file can be used on both fingernails and toe nails. I never really use the point of the middle file but you could if you wanted, it's too thick for me. These files are high quality and excellent and offered at the best price. I wouldn't want to use any other file. They are also well packaged in a cardboard box with bubble wrap and safely delivered. Excellent company, excellent product! Pictured is the largest nail file that I already used to file my nails, the medium nail file, small nail file and the excellent packaging.

Excellent file that leaves my natural nails smooth and beautiful!
Amazing nail files!! I highly recommend these files ~ they file a nail edge so quickly and smoothly I was shocked and fell in love after the first use! I am using it on natural nails that I keep filed down. They have gone through many filings without any detectable sign of wearing out at this point. My "forever" file!

I bought these as an early birthday present for my 92-year-old Dad, since his nails are very brittle and frequently break, leaving him with ragged edges that can catch on skin - not great for someone on warfarin, for whom any scratch can be a nasty affair. I hadn't even noticed that the files were differently sized (my own fault), but when the box arrived, I had Dad open it to check on their condition and we found 3 very differently sized files, all of which are perfectly sized for specific purposes, which is really impressive. Dad has osteoarthritis in both hands, which means that holding a typical emery board can be painful for him, and those are (were) the only kind he had found that were effective enough for him, but these actually thrilled him with how solid they are because he doesn't have to worry about them bending as he uses them. I mentioned the sizes being perfect for specific purposes. What I mean by that is that most of the time, when you see glass, or even emery, files, they're either a very tiny pocket size or a standard 'roughly normal' size. All well and good, unless you have big hands or limited dexterity. The smallest of these, however, is clearly pocket sized, but just that little bit larger than the mini ones you can find in hospital shops and that tiny size difference makes all the difference for him. He can't even grip the mini one I have, but the smallest of the three here is easy for him to use and small enough to slip into one of the pockets in his wallet. The middle size is the ideal 'standard' sized one, just a little wider than normal, which he loves, and I think possibly a little longer. He adores it, and was thrilled with how easily it took care of a nail he'd been fighting with an emery board on just a couple of hours earlier. I can honestly say I've never seen my Dad enthusiastic about a beauty product before, be it manicure sets, hair trimmers, or anything of the sort. He'll get to 'grateful' and that's about his limit, which is just his way. However, he couldn't stop gushing about these files, talking about how great the texture was, the weight, how sturdy they felt... The third one, I was a little confused with at first, because it was so darn big. I didn't expect a file so large, and couldn't think why anyone would want one so big, but after a while, I thought about how a lot of manicurists use large files, and this could be a good home equivalent. More importantly, though, is that I realized that it is the perfect size and shape (no sharp point) for toe-nails. I won't go into too much detail there, but suffice to say it will definitely be of help, considering Dad's inhumanly stubborn toenails. I was particularly impressed, as well, when I received a message on Amazon just a few hours after they arrived, asking if we had received the package and if everything was okay. Even if it's a standard message that gets sent automatically or copied and pasted, as it was a nice touch to have the order followed up on, and not in a 'sob story' manner, but in a genuinely cheerful and tone that made it feel honestly interested. Such follow-ups are quite rare nowadays, so I was very much glad to see it. All in all, definitely an excellent buy, and I will be buying any files I need from this seller in future. Highly recommended!

Really good nail file, miles better than traditional ones. My natural nails feel stronger after using these (compared to feeling brittle after traditional ones). I’ve used all 3 and great for different nail lengths
