Did not live up to expectations :(
I did a lot of research prior to my scheduled C section and these kept popping up on people’s “must have list”. I had really high hopes for these but unfortunately they were a miss for me.I wasn’t able to wear them right away (too swollen) so I actually bought a similar product (just a compression- without the special c section healing silicone) from target bec it was all I had access to when I couldn’t handle the hospital provided band slipping constantly.I found the Maidenform one that I purchased st Target to be significantly better (and not just because it’s half the price)The UpSpring has a vertically ribbed texture on the front (the back is smooth)... not sure it’s purpose but it leaves uncomfortable marks in my skin (and this is meant to be TIGHT- so I can’t blame that I’m wearing a too small size or anything)Technically these are seamless, but there is some sort of “seam” at the very top - you don’t see it on the outside; but there is a seam that hits your skin and is very uncomfortable to meFinally they’re not tall enough for me. I wanted this to come up over my ribs, but it doesn’t. Maybe it’s my long torso but again, the competitors pair comes up high enough.I did not experience the silicone panel coming off. But I only wore them for a few hours before deciding they are not for me.

Pain reduction!
I was in so much pain after my c section and barely able to walk. I this product was so helpful in my recovery. I after I started wearing it I felt so much better. I was able to stand up straighter and my movement felt more fluid. Granted over time I naturally would have felt better but I feel that this helped speed up the process, and so much so that I was able to go off the pain meds. I was concerned about the fit as I am a plus sized gal (230 lbs) but the 1x-2x fit very well. I would recommend this for anyone that gets a c section as soon as you can!Cons:-It is tight. It needs to be but it is somewhat painful trying to get it on the first time. Also it is somewhat of a process takin it on and off to go to the restroom. Be careful over the incision.-I had intended to wear other underpants under these but there is no way to do this. So I have to handshake every day. If you don't want to do this you may want to get multiple pairs*you will still need to hold your incision if you cough or sneeze :P Ouch!

I got my pre-pregnancy body back in half the time with the panties!
I ordered a small/medium. Fits perfectly. I'm 5'4" and 120 lbs post pregnancy. I had my c-section 2 weeks ago. This compression panty covers your whole stomach and provides direct compression on your c-section scar area. It has worked wonders to reducing swelling and getting my pre-pregnancy body back in half the time than it did the last time I was pregnant and didn't use a compression panty after delivery. I can wear them day and night and they hide well under clothing. I highly recommend these compression panties! I wish they weren't so expensive, then I would buy a couple pairs of them.

Just get them already!
Pros: compression in all the right spotsSilicone strip for scar healingCons: priceI LOVE these post C section panties!!! They have compression in all the right spots and is the first that I feel smooths everything to help prevent “the shelf.” I got both sizes, the S/M and L/XL. I was size 10 pre-pregnancy. I’m 5’3 and now post c-section 175 pounds, with the weight gain and all the swelling the L/XL size is perfect, not too tight or loose. I feel once the swelling continues to go down and I start to lose some pregnancy weight I will move into the smaller size, but right now I’m comfortable in the larger size. As for the silicone strip, no problems with it right now. We will see in the long run how the scar does with it! I wish these were cheaper, particularly since these aren’t something you wear forever.

Pleasantly surprised
This was recommended to me by another mom. I was a but skeptical until it arrived and I tried it on. I'm 5'3" and 170lbs postpartum. The S/M fits perfectly. Not too tight, not too lose. I was able to put underwear un underneath it and get the same benefit as wearing a girdle. The extra padding near the incision truly helped cope with the pain. Putting it on and taking it off wasn't as difficult as expected. In fact it felt easier than wearing or trying to get into a Spanx. Would recommend to anyone for recovery after a cesarean.

Love! but prefer the comfort of the brief style
I really like this line of products. For my second c section, I started wearing the brief style c panties about a week post partum. I wore them for about 2+ months and it definitely helped my scar heal smoother and flatter than my first when I didn’t use these at all. The silicon panel provides so much more comfortable support on the incision during the first few weeks. I can move around more freely without feeling that pulling/burning feeling. For my 3rd pregnancy, I’m trying the high waist version to help tuck everything back in. I started wearing this about 4 weeks post partum but not every day (I rotate with the briefs). It fits different in the booty though.. they ride up but at the same time, the top of the thigh cuts in a little too much. Maybe my rear end isn’t big enough? I’m 5’3” and 118 pre pregnancy but 128 at 6 weeks pp.The briefs are definitely more comfortable but I’ll sacrifice and wear this as needed. I’ll wear this more once I go back to work to help look slimmer under my pre pregnancy clothes.
