can you use in charcoal grills

I use them with my cheapie $20 basic charcoal grill. Once the charcoal is ready, throw a couple of handfuls on the coals, put the food on and shut the lid. You can also use a foil packet on the coals, but my grill is too shallow for that. The chips work great and the food comes out tasting like you used a high dollar smoker.

Can you use these wood chips in a smokers tube and if so wet or dry

You can use them in a tube. Soaking them for a hour will produce a slower burn and smoke. Depending on the tube use about what can fit in your palm . Experiment see what works for your taste dry or wet will work

Can you use this with a charcoal weber smoker or are they meant to be in a smoker box?

I don’t use them in a smoker box personally. I just add the chips to my smoker with my lump charcoal.
