It says Lil Hellboy, The L font is a bit odd but you can see it after closer inspections (though a hoodie marked for women it says boy) (Sorry if i repost an answer the site is being buggy)

I think it'll be too tight. I'm 165, and I always buy too large because I like sweatshirts big, and it was WAY smaller than expected. More like a large.

Q: is it really possible to remove the letters on the front?

yes i believe so. I think the best way to remove the words on the front would be with a seam ripper and gently pull away and tear the thread used to embroider the hoodie.
