Nothing I dislike. This is the best thing I’ve tried for relief of back and abdominal pain. I’ve got 2 fused places in my lower back from ruptured disc surgery years ago, now with arthritis in the area as well as abdominal pain from serious surgery after my colon was totally removed and I’ve tried every heating pad on the market. This cordless heat/massage pad is a lifesaver. It’s lightweight,very high quality,has 3 ways to adjust pressure,isn’t bulky or heavy, the material is soft and not thick and uncomfortable. I can barely remember to take it off. I don’t want to take it off. Lol Even the packaging is high quality. It has different settings and the settings for heat and massage are separate. I can use it on my side where I get rib muscle cramping too. I love this.

This is great for me with chronic lower back pain it's so nice to be able to walk around the house and do housework while it's calming down my inflamed back can charge the battery and it'll last me at least 8 hrs

I would not get this expecting great relief from chronic lower back pain. But it's better than nothing. The heat is ok, but not really hot enough. The massage is pretty weak at best. But the belt fits my 40-inch waist perfectly. I got the large model. It's actually pretty good as just a support belt. The battery lasts long enough and it's super convenient to be able to walk around and sit at my desk with the heat on and not have to deal with wires. It does allow for direct connection to the power supply if the battery is empty, but I did not find when plugged in, that it was more powerful.

This did exactly what I needed it to do for my lower back pain. Two days of wearing it at my desk and around house and I felt considerably better. Love the fact that it can be battery operated. I was even able to still do the treadmill with an easy walk while wearing it. Can’t say enough good things about it

The wrap/belt feels awesome and helps my aching shoulders and back. The issue is it doesn’t have a timer. It would be even better if it had a timer on it! Since it doesn’t the pieces burn out quickly

Very satisfied works great and carries a charge much longer than most chargeable. Wish I had discovered it sooner and surprisingly for me I am highly satisfied and will recommend it to anyone with back issues. Love it
