Lauri Pocket Chart Cards - Word Families

Perfect for teaching my homeschooled 6 year old. These are well made and colorful, solid feeling and will last through a number of children/years.

This helped my son so much with phonic. Now I can pass it down to my other children. I use these inside my pocket chart and its easy for my child to understand.

This has been very useful in teaching my daughter to read. She catches on to the word families quickly and it is much easier to store than some of the bigger wall charts I have gotten in the past. The pictures are also very appropriate and she finds them interesting.

I really don't like how this is double sided. It makes it impossible for students to use to do independent sorts. Wish I could return it.

I'm not sure why I thought this set would have pictures on most cards, or at least more than one for each word family. It does'nt.There's only one picture for each word family and the rest are words. I'm sure I'll use it eventually but it would have been much more useful to have the picture and word.
