Q: Is this adult or children's size? It says one size fits most. Very ambiguous.

I bought it thinking it was a child's size since I searched for "child-sized top hats" but alas...it is not. It's large for a youth-sized head but would be too small if you have a larger-sized head. Definitely made for those that can wear a baseball cap on it's "normal" setting...without having to adjust it smaller or larger. Hope this helps!

I think the topper was 55-56 cm . I purchased it for my grandson and its durable, not so cheesy in appearance and he loves it. He is a creative 7 year old
