Q: I’ve used bungee reins before, but these are different than I’m used to. Where do you attach these?

These go over the poll, through your bit from outside to inside, and attach to your girth between the horse’s front legs. There are videos on how to attach a neck stretcher. They are not reins, just used to encourage your horse to stretch down. They should not be used for very long at a time. I just lunge my horse in them for about 10 minutes before I ride.
