Assembles in about 10 minutes with removing and cleaning up the packaging. 14 m6 screws hold it together, make life easy and grab a 5mm hex bit for a screw gun or just a T-handle when assembling. The recliner spring squeaks to no end though, started after about 20 minutes of use.The seat is super comfy, but the convex arm rests make typing awkward sins they can't rotate at all.The backrest has zero lumbar support but there is enough space between the mesh netting and frame to fit a small pillow or some cushion foam, so it works out.I can't speak to the casters, as I purchased the "rollerblade" type at the same time, which I highly recommend. They are amazing!I purchased this particular chair because the height, the vertically adjustable arm rests, and the reclining feature. If you're in need of the height for a tall work bench then this chair works great, but if you don't need the height then I would recommend looking at other options. I'm satisfied with my purchase but I'll be a lot happier after I fix the squeak and find the right type of cushion for the lumbar support.Edit: I fixed the squeak. Add WD-40 to the recliner spring housing and work it in by turning the adjustment knob and by actuating the recliner function. The squeak is gone!I also added a sponge type material inside the height adjustment housing just above the lever flapper. It keeps the flapper down and the lever up so it's not so far away from actuating the adjustment, this is a huge improvement for use.I have not found the right kind of cushion for the lumbar support yet.

The chair came in a bigger than needed box with little to know protective packaging. It survived shipping okay though. It was fairly simple to put together. It is a nice chair and comfortable. Not as comfortable as I thought it would be but not bad. Only con is the squeak I have with it now. I’m sure a little wd40 can fix that though.

Had it 15 months....falling apart. Key problems1. Within 1 month the foot rest wouldn't stay in position, had to get something from hardware store to hold it there.2. After 6 months gas cylinder started to fail, so it would occasionally just lower an inch or two whilst sat on it. Problem has increased in frequency since3. 12 months...seat started to wobble on the seat stem. Cheap quality components just don't stand up to daily use.Total waste of money.

I've been using this chair for 3 weeks now, no complaints so far. Very comfortable, supportive and super easy to assemble. The mesh material where you lean your back on is breathable material that allows your back to get some extra air. So that being said, no sweating over here even for long hours.. The lift up and down hydraulic pump works efficiently and smoothly. Swivels 360 degrees without a problem. Sitting cushion is large, wide and thick giving the sitter ample space and softness. Overall, it's a great chair for those people like me to work from home!

Works well with a stand-up desk for when you need to sit a while but still be up high instead of sitting low

Received the Chair and all was as expected. Couple of days in I had an issue and contacted the seller. Seller was quick to respond and resolve the issue!! Very pleased.

Stop looking and buy this!

Nice office chair, good back support and seat cushion is comfortable. Very easy to assemble. Great value.
