At 45 years old I have terrible arthritis in my knees, bone on bone, and have been told I’ll need both knees replaced but I should wait as pong as I can for that and in the meantime, try to add some tools to my toolbox to help the pain. I tried injections and they definitely helped but the help was temporary and the injections were more than $1000 out of pocket, even with insurance. I can’t afford that every 3 months. So I did a bunch of research into supplements that might help, with no real belief that I would find anything that would really give relief. I ended up at this product and couldn’t be more pleasantly surprised! Within a couple of weeks my knee pain almost entirely disappeared. I take one in the morning and one at night and that does the trick. I still have some discomfort after rigorous exercise but as far as daily life goes, I couldn’t ask for more. So happy with this product!

Well, it says take 3 a day. For me, i started with 2 a day (for a month) and it started working by the THIRD day. Mind you, i had a pretty hard time walking bc my knee kept popping. After a month, i tried just taking 1 a day. Trust me, Im dropping like its hot without putting stress on it. With that being said, i've been good to go for 8 years now at 72 years feeling young. How happy i am :)

I ordered this on May 16th, and received an expired product dated for 04/2021. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE.
