6 month or so follow up. , was hopeful at start but been disappointing as no long term difference.
I have fine hair and it's started to get thinner. Looked at possible solutions, this came up, the. Looked at sellers, on that choose this company. Only been taking for a short time so I will adjust review after a couple of months use.

Brilliant
Really helped my hair grow and also my nails. My nails are incredibly strong and grow very long. I've never had long and strong nails before. As for my hair, this biotin has allowed it to grow back to below bra strap in 4 months, after a big mistake in chopping it all off up to my chin. Really pleased. I have been taking more strong of a dose than whats recommended just because I was desperate for my hair to grow back. My skin is nice now that i think about it, i wonder if that is down to the biotin too? You get 400 tablets so they last a long time. Real good price too. Just about to buy my second pack. My nail tech is blown away by how my nails are these days every time I go to get them polished, so much so that she recommends it to other clients. I did initially buy this just for my hair but seeing the benefits on my nails is honestly just wild to me. I was wearing glue in extensions in my hair at first as i hated it short, and i wanted to try and keep my hair strong and growing underneath so thats why i initially purchased this. Now just 4 months later I don't even have nor need the extensions. My hair is now naturally as long as they were :) Great!
