If you are on the fence, buy it! I did research and waited nearly a year before making the purchase on a whim. I normally use the insanely expensive salon brands. Like $60 for a small bottle with different kinds for me and my husband and kids. All of our hair is dry and brittle and frizzy. We’ve been blaming it on dry air, but nothing could fix it. We have a state of the art whole home water filtration system on well water. We struggle with psoriasis of the scalp and MCAS with neuro-immune reactivity. We just used our new shampoo and conditioner bars two nights ago. WHAT A GODSEND!! Both of us have zero frizz. Our hair is shiny and feels so soft. During application, the bar provided a nice scalp massage that soothed my MCAS and neuro-immune flare. It was heavenly. The shampoo lathers beautifully. The conditioner doesn’t lather, but leaves hair so silky smooth. Just bough bars for my kids, too! Won’t be going back after these amazing results.

I am 76 years old and have long hair. I have tried quite a few shampoos and conditioners, and most conditioners have made my hair feel too oily unless I used very little. I used this conditioning bar as recommended working it from the ends of my hair to the scalp. I worked it into my scalp and left it on a couple of minutes. Then, I rinsed it out, and it rinsed out easily. After blow drying my hair as I usually do, it was softer and shinier. I also noticed my hair did not at all look frizzy after blow drying it. I have used this conditioner and the shampoo bar only once so far, but I am impressed with the results I am seeing. I will continue to use both the shampoo and this conditioner and will update this review if my opinion changes. UPDATE 6/26/23: I have been using this conditioner bar with the companion shampoo bar for about 4 weeks. Although I was hesitant to try bar shampoo and conditioner on my hair, I decided to take a chance on it. It seems the longer I use them, the more my hair improves. I am seeing little to no frizzies and the ends no longer look at all dried. Even though I use a hair dryer and a rotary curling iron, my hair is improving as it seems to have more body. What I really like about this conditioner bar is that I use more of it than I have liquid conditioners, but my hair does not at all feel or look oily. It rinses out easily, and my hair is not at all tangled when I comb it out wet. This in itself eliminates breakage of the hair. I got the coconut vanilla scent and it is a nice subtle scent. that you can't smell after your hair is dry. After using these bars for 4 weeks, they don't look any smaller, so I think they will both last a long time. In addition, there is no plastic bottle to dispose of. Personally, I really like both the shampoo bar and the conditioner bar, and will continue using them. If my opinion changes, I will definitely update this review. I was a little skeptical at first. I was buying the shampoo and conditioner as hopes to make my hair a little thicker. I can’t attest that it has gotten any thicker however it a good smell to it and it is surprisingly good . It doesn’t have a fantastic lathering to it, but once you rinse it, you can feel the softening. I like how long the bars last and it saves me money on buying bottles of conditioner. I happen to like my conditioners to smell. I think this is a good compromise. It has a nice smell, but it’s not overpowering for people who don’t like scents.

I love the earthling co products. They were out of the coconut vanilla scent I usually get so I decided to try this one. It's definitely stronger in scent. It's not my favorite but definitely had worse. It's not masculine or feminine. It still works great for my hair. I definitely recommend the product but it's not the scent I would recommend. I have sensitive skin and I have no problems with this. It feels like it's not doing anything as you put it on but when you rinse your hair it feels soft and silky. No tangles. I was using a different conditioner bar and with the change back to this I have less breakage and hair loss and almost no split ends. I have a lot of straight brown uncolored hair with a few Grey's mixed in. My hair doesn't get greasey or oily any faster or slower with this. My scalp is not dry, flakey or itchy and my skin does not react to it. It last maybe 4 months for me. I really like the ingredients. As the bar gets thin with use it does break no matter how careful you are.

Love love love! The smell & the way my hair looks & feels afterwards. It feels so soft!

For context, I have medium length very fine, very straight hair that tends to get a bit frizzy and also oily if I go more than a day between washes. I was gifted a shampoo bar so came to amazon to purchase the conditioner to go with it. The first one arrived with the box smashed, opened and the conditioner bar about half its normal size with fingerprints in it so had to get a replacement sent which did arrive ok. I got the sandalwood which smells great. I really wanted to love these bars but unfortunately, I can't say that I do. I gave it a full month before leaving any kind of review because I wanted to give it a fair chance. The shampoo bar lathers really well and is easy to apply while the conditioner bar is less easy but I did get good coverage for my hair. The box and many reviews talked about cutting down on shedding in the shower however, I noticed no difference in the amount of shedding compared to my normal shampoos (usually Whole Blends or Ever Pure). I was really hoping this claim would be true, but it wasn't for me. I also didn't notice any difference in frizziness, softness or volume. In fact, if I used just the bars alone without any products (hair oil or leave in) my hair felt more frizzy, dry and unmanageable than normal. I will say that my hair looked a bit shinier with the bars though. The bars look small, but the size is sufficient, I believe, to last the two months that they claim. I have used them 5 days a week for a full month now and can likely get another month out of them. But even at two months, this doesn't make them more cost effective than my regular shampoo. I will finish the bars I have as I don't hate them, but I don't think I will buy them again since I didn't see any difference between these and regular bottled shampoo which is easier to apply and a bit cheaper.

Let me walk you through my experience with these products. Cool Breeze Shampoo: Let's kick things off with the lather – it's fantastic! I was truly amazed by how well it lathered up. As for the scent, it's a bit subtle, but still quite pleasant. In terms of effectiveness, it did a stellar job of cleaning my hair. I always do a scratch test to ensure all buildup is washed away, and this shampoo passed with flying colors. Vanilla Coconut Conditioner: First off, the smell is divine – I think it'll be a favorite for everyone. While it doesn't lather like shampoo (which is totally normal for conditioners), paying attention to its texture really helps during application and rinsing. The delightful scent also makes it easy to tell when the conditioner is evenly distributed throughout my hair. It leaves my hair feeling incredibly soft and, of course, smelling amazing. Overall Rating: 9/10 - I'm thoroughly impressed and will continue using these as my primary shampoo and conditioner. I'll be sure to provide an update in about a month.
