Chia seeds are new for me. They interested me because of their health benefits.I quickly found a recipe for Chia Pudding that isdelicious for breakfast especially!1/2 cup vanilla Soy Milk - 2 Tbs. Chia Seed -Touch of honey. Sir well - pour in container - refrig.
