The design of the cushion and the hammock is nicer than it shows in the photos. All my cats love it. They sometimes use it to play as well. It also comes with a cushion for inside the cave. Easy to assemble, theres a QR code with the product that you can scan that opens an instructional video so its easier to understand if you need it. Price is really fair for how nice the product is.

I cannot imagine if someone will complain difficulty assembling this. It is actually easy with no special tools or even instructions required. Quality is great. I am buying several pieces of this to stack up and replace my cats old cat tree.

I would like to preface this review by stating that I am an engineer by trade. This item can not be assembled with the provided hardware. The pre drilled holes on the 45 degree angle brackets are not spaced far enough apart from each other to allow the closed-sided nuts to attach to the screws. You can only put one on, then there simply is no room for the other on the opposing side. It is incredible to me that this product has such high quality materials for the price, and has such nice finishing, but simply can not be assembled. I will be returning this product, I advise you not to waste your money or your time and to buy a different product.
