Finally I found the one I used to have! It took a few try’s to get the right one. This is large enough for family use and keeps the water “gassed”. It does drip so I have to wipe the spout with a towel before putting it back in the refrigerator—small price to pay for one that keeps the fizzle. It is also very substantial. It is nice to see the red line for the max fill—no gadgets needed when refilling. The first one I bought didn’t hold the gas and it’s wire mesh was gamaged. But, the replacement works perfectly!

Siphon performed well, but medium capacity if you want to drink carbonated water from a glass container. Most important to me is that the container made of glass. Keep refill water, glass and cartridges COLD for best results.The siphon cintainer

Completely easy to use! Imparts no flavor to the selzer water - for those who remember when there used to be trucks that delivered carbonated water in bottles such as these - this is perfect! This is gorgeous, the carbonation cartridge is easy to use (and order on Amazon) and this is exactly like the one Alton Brown uses in his video to make G&Ts! 100% recommend!

I got it a while ago I pretty much used it as decor in the kitchen. I tried to use it a yesterday but damn near lost a finger or eye ... I’d say the mesh saved me but I’m still not sure how I got so lucky. It exploded in my hands n literally hit the ceiling where there is a huge whole now ( went through metal !) very dangerous to say the least the pressure from the cartridge was obviously too much . I’m from Europe so we’ve been using these since I was a child and have made soda myself since I was a kid so I do know how to go about it . This however is a terrible product. I’ll probably take it up with the manufacturer..

Performed perfectly...until it started leaking from the nipple that pierces the CO2 cartridge after only two months of use. I truly would give this item 5 stars if not for the leak. With the leak, the item is unusable unless you leave the CO2 cartridge installed which imparts a very unpleasant metallic taste in the water.

This is the best thing I have purchased in a long time. Cold carbonated water for $100 per year.... No carrying cans from the store to your house....

I love having soda all the time, But I tore the rubber seal on top of the straw. Is there a way to get replacement parts?

This bottle works great, the biggest issue with it is the rubber gasket where the chargers gets inserted, the metal chargers eat away at the rubber at an astonishing rate, the vendor should supply extra rubber gaskets for this.
