Exactly as it says, no scent no colour. Perfect for after a neuro surgery, but I'm actually still using it 3 months on. It's very mild but once I got used to it I've found my hair isn't at all dry and I don't need to wash it now than every 3 days! Perfect

Save your money. Used it for a while to give it a fair chance but every time it dried my hair out like crazy and made it frizzy and almost crispy looking if that makes sense. Had to use a lot to feel clean, scalp felt dirty even after washing and the hair felt so stripped of anything. Genuinely would recommend head and shoulders or something over this. Horrible product and soooo expensive.

Unfortunately this only made my irritated scalp even worse than ever. Same for my son who also suffers with the same condition.Item is non returnable which is doesn’t help.

For the price, this shampoo is not worth it. The shampoo itself is a clear odorless liquid that foams up well on wet hair and did not irritate my scalp at all. The formulation uses a gentle foaming agent Tea Lauryl Sulfate which is gentler than the traditional Sodium Laureth/Lauryl sulfate. The hair after rinsing and left to air dry was left too soft and a bit dull. In my opinion I would reccomend getting a more natural shampoo from a health food store or a fragrance free low chemical shampoo from your local chemist if your are experience scalp irritations. Just because it has the name of a well known trichologist does not mean to say it is worth paying the price for a mediocre product when you could get better results with a shampoo which is cheaper with more natural ingredients.

Nothing nasty to lurk in the scalp, delivers its promise. Caring manufacturer. Highly recommend.

When it arrived the shampoo bottle was covered in shampoo and only two thirds of the shampoo remained in the bottle. Given the price of the shampoo I would expect the packaging to adequately contain the product!

I like the clean ingredients in this shampoo. The unscented formula keeps my sensitive scalp from itching and burning. I have this product on repeat in my ordering process.

This product, both here and on Phillip Kingsley's website, bills itself as fragrance-free. Sadly that's not the truth on the chemical level. My scalp began itching after a couple of weeks and it was maddening - Like having ants crawl all over my skin and nothing seemed to stop it. Turns out the shampoo contains phenoxyethanol which is a fragrance (arene chemical structure) based preservative and stabilizer. I only learned this after ending up back at my allergist and going through the eight-day process of contact allergy testing to narrow down and find the culprit (spoiler it was this shampoo). This itching took a six-day course of oral steroids to clear it up. Please, please stop calling your product fragrance-free. This false claim can have real-life medical consequences.

After discovering I had an allergy to fragrance, I was on a desperate hunt for a quality shampoo. Most fragrance free shampoos are TERRIBLE but this one is great! I pair it with the fragrance free Phillip Kingsley conditioner which is also great. I get compliments on my hair all the time! Would highly recommend!
