I paid about $1200 for this device. I'm a university professor, and I wanted to use DTEN Me Pro during my ZOOM PowerPoint lectures to utilize their beautiful camera, microphones, and 27" touch screen to offer my students an exceptional lecture quality.. Sadly this device FAILED.After spending hours trying to make it work, and contacting their tech support via chat and multiple emails over about a week (who couldn't support), I learned the following:1- I'd have to pay for a separate Zoom Room account. My university won't approve that.2- Touchscreen would ONLY work using the whiteboard feature in ZOOM, as if you draw on the slide, but it can't be used to touch-edit the slide text or images. I can't use it to edit my PowerPoint.3- It works in 2 separate modes: Either as a second screen, OR as a zoom interface. You can't use both modes simultaneously.4- The hardware itself is awesome, but the software is poor and primitive.5- The "user manual" is a joke really, a little piece of paper without even enough text on the pictures to show you how to connect it correctly.6- Online information was so scarce. I couldn't get enough data before buying this thing.7- I paid $94 to ship it back (non refundable).8- I expected to be compensated for all the disappointment, waste of time, and frustration... Instead,they deducted 20% restocking fee, which I think is very unprofessional and unfair.This product failed, and I won't trust that company again.
