World Of Difference
So I can finally read my receipts now, or should I say my customers can! I kept having issues where customers would think their total was $10 instead of $40 because my printer wasn't printing parts of the numbers.. My POS company (Heartland) wanted to sell me a new printer when I told them about it, and that was going to be several hundred dollars even though my system was only a year old. That wasn't an option, so I Youtube'd my printer model and learned how to replace my thermal print head. After replacing with this head, printer works perfect!! So thankful for Youtube and DEVMO Thermal Print Heads!

If your printer has vertical scratches when printing, the print head may be at the end of its useful life, but you don't need to change your printer!This print head is used in the best Epson thermal printers, and they have a long useful life.
