Why it came used??
It came open and half empty!! No security seal and it looks used and abused as a bottle. Shampoo and conditioner

Great product, will buy it again. I have blond hair that can easily become over dried, but with this product line (shampoo + conditioner + hair protection 3 in one) I managed to keep it in a good condition.
