.....BIFLEX FOR YEARS NOW UNTIL I CHOKED ON A PILL. SCAREY!!!! NOW. I HAVE TO GRIND THEM IN MY NUT/COFFEE GRINDER AND PUT THE POWDER IN MY SMOOTHIE ALONG WITH MY CALCIUM THAT IS ALSO A BIG PILL. I HATE THE SMALLER PILL THEY MAKE IS MORE EXPENSIVE. BUT BEING ON AND OFF OF THEM, I CAN FEEL THE DIFFERENCE. IT IS WHAT IT IS. I cannot brag anymore about this. 1st day, I noted notable decrease in thumb that locked up and my foots had pain everyday for 7 months. I took on a fluke because I also have nightly hip pain on one side that's constant and 1st time it also has been decreasing. Thumb hingement is almost non existent on day 2 is huge to me.i massage everyday so of course I notice. I highly, highly recommend

It says 80 pills but you have to take 2 meaning it only last 40 days .

Cannot believe How quickly it worked only took 5 days for pain relief for hips & knees Several complained how large the pill was but for me easy to swallowI’m amazed been taking pill in AM and one in PMfor a month & pain free !!
