I like that the product is a "natural whole food" product and not synthetically made. Not giving medical advice, so I am just going to say research, and talk to your physician before taking if you take a "grape seed extract" product. Not knowing this combination can substantially raise blood pressure I did this and that is exactly what happened. It was only upon research later that I found out about this combination. Hopefully, this manufacturer and other vitamin C manufacturers will read this review because I have never seen a WARNING about this dangerous "grape seed extract with vitamin C combination" on any vitamin C or grape seed extract product. Again, excellent product. Potency is obviously there.

Good taste. Easy to chew.
I like taking my vitamin C this way. It is a treat and I never seem to forget it:) Seriously though, this is so much more pleasant than taking a pill and getting the kiddos to eat it is a breeze. This is something I will always keep around for daily use and a bit extra if a cold happens.
