Bought for my wife with dementia. It keeps her occupied for awhile and something for her to focus on. Also helps with exercising her brain.

This product keeps dementia patients busy for hours. They fidget a lot and this brings some calm.

When you are working with someone who is mentally unable to care for themselves, and is always trying to find something to do with their hands, these fuzzy blankets are perfect. They provide sensory stimulation that promotes hand and finger movement over the different objects. The zippers and soft plastic rings are perfect for encouraging movement.

Bought the fidget blanket for a dear friend that has dementia. She seem to like the product, and it holds her attention for a while, however, she puts the pieces that can detach from the blanket in her mouth. Those pieces had to be taken away. Concern for potential choke hazard.

Purchased this fidget blanket for a person who has dementia. It’s the right size for a person’s lap or can be placed on a small table. They like it and it is used a couple of times a day. We don’t know how long they will continue to use it. The colors and different activities seem to hold their attention for a little while. Their attention varies with it depending on how they are doing that day. Still glad I purchased it.

I ordered this for my grandmother who has Dementia. She loves to touch all of the different items and likes how certain fabrics are soft. I see a total mood change when she interacts with the blanket. I was having trouble with her fidgeting with any and everything she could get her hands on. This keeps her occupied and helps calm her nerves. I’m able to have simple conversations with her as she uses this product. This has helped our day to day, love this product.

There are pieces that velcro on and they can be removed. They should be attached with a string of some sort. They can become a chocking hazard.
