This didn’t work at all. The only sound produced was a loud buzzing. Sent it straight back

A bit of perspective. I had a belkin adaptor that charges and connects my 3.5 jack head phones to my iphone X... in fact I still have it. I bought it around 2018, same time as my phone and spent about $35, which i balked at, but I was in the apple store, so go figure.3 years later and that adapter has been to hell and back, with the insides all freyed and completely naked to the point I am surprised it still works.I decided to buy this new cheaper adapter as I had some slight issues in the last couple of days with my old one. I plug in this new one and my headphones, initially thinking it was crap quality because of a lot of buzzing and noise during audio playback. Turns out I hadn;t pushed the headphone jack deep enough.Only, I then go to remove the whole peripheral from my phone and the lightening connector splits in half, stuck inside my phone. Didn't even last me half hour, but my belkin looking like the terminator at the end of the movie

What I dislike is that when you put it in the phone and you wanna call someone it doesn’t connect to the phone so it’s pointless as I wanted it for that but if your just listening To music it’s fine for that but not phone calls.

I'd bought an Apple Lightning to 3.5mm Headphone Adapter for iPhone Dongle prior to buying this one and had to return that previous one because it didn't work with my iPhone. This one does. Perfect!ps- I tried it with my Bose earphones too (it also has the older jack plug which didn't fit my new iPhone) and it works fine. Such good value for money.

I don't know what Apple MFI certified is supposed to mean, but the designation is useless. I bought this so I could make calls while the phone is charging. It does not work for that at all. When I plug my headset in, the sound continues to come through the phone and the mic does the same while the headset stays completely silent. I can use it just to listen to audio tracks, and it works ok for that, but not for the purpose for which I purchased it.

Used with iPhone XS and Apple (old style) jack headphones. Sound kept cutting out to begin with. Checked that it was connected ok but the lightning connector snapped off and was stuck in the phone. Very disappointing.

I bought this to connect my phone to my car stereo as I lost my apple one,it worked for about ten mins,don’t waste your money on cheap crap,spend an extra couple of quid and buy a genuine apple connecter,I went and bought an apple one today and it’s perfect,wish I’d have for that in the first place,I didn’t even want to give it one star

I am not happy at all on second day of using stopped working. Can I please have my money back?
