I needed to extend a portable washer hose and required a male-male connector. I work with plumbing VERY infrequently [years between events] so I don't remember everything I may need to help with the install. YELUN sends plumber's tape / thread seal tape!!! It may appear to be a small detail for those of you who use this tape frequently, for me - it was very important. I discovered I didn't have a secure original connection - a disaster waiting to happen.Good, heavy quality fittings. I will use YELUN products whenever I can and highly recommend this product to others.

I've purchased a number of hose fittings over the years and some have been seriously disappointing - it just shouldn't be that difficult to produce basic brass fittings for garden hose.Al;though I haven't had the product very long, it seems to be holding up well, doing what is asked of it without leaking.

I have an old in-ground pipe on a timer that I brought up and needed to connect to sprinklers which have a garden hose type connection. So I wanted to go from 1/2 pipe fitting PCV to a 3/4 hose thread.These brass fittings are sturdier and better to work with than similar PVC fitting and, with a little pipe thread tape, sealed perfectly.

I used it to join together washing machine hoses to make a very long one because my washing machine is far away from the faucets. It worked very well. Hand tight + 1/2 turn each fitting and no leaks.

The second I held one of these fittings in my hand, I knew they were high quality brass. They have a good, heavy weight to them. I wasn’t expecting it, but the box of two fittings also came with a small roll of teflon tape, which I used. No leaks. Overall, I’m quite happy with these fitting and highly recommend them.
