This works really well on a sore knee, keeps things iced up and in place. Stays cold for about 2 hours, but I put it back in the freezer and it is cold pretty fast.

Coming from someone who recently tore their ACL:It’s so nice so I don’t have to Ice one side of my knee and then wait to do the other if I want full coverage. Also because of the all around swelling, I tried it on the back side of my knee too, and it went on nicely!If it feels stiff just bend it around a bit or let thaw a bit before putting on. It’s superrr cold, but you need that!

The compression bandage is really easy to use and stays in place well. The swelling and pain is reduced and my knees definitely feel much better the next day. I do 15 minutes on each knee and it stays cold enough for both.
