Very high quality material, easily wipe clean as I was hesitant to get such a light color, the straps are silky smooth and kid friendly to adjust, great for weekend trips & school, as it holds quite a lot, zippers all very smooth and perfect size useful pouch sizes for staying organized, very trendy for the 9-15yr olds and loads of compliments! It’s already done loads of trips and daily school use and looks brand new still!

Is a cute bag, my daughter loves it because is different, has many options to put stuff and stickers, toys, but the only thing I don’t like is the material is not the best, gets dirty fast as well, above that is everything ok

The back itself is made lovely I haven’t found any problems. However the accessories are made poorly. The cow is coming apart the chain has broken the pins are marked.

Bag looks smaller than it is at first glance but could fit a laptop, several books and a chunky pencil case. Fabric looks and feels good at first touch, but bag bottom sags with load, and you begin to see the seams. Would recommend for light but bulky load.

It is going to please our granddaughter quite a bit as she is mad on these. The good thing is she will be changing school soon and now she has a new bag, similar to the other kids her age. The bag seems to be fine in design and structure. We aren't sure about the colour, but we know she is. There is a good selection of colours.

The stitches are coming off and the back pocket zip has broken. Very poor quality. Not worth the money. Go for a proper brand such as eastpak or jansport.

Daughter was very happy with bag. Although it arrived with straps not put together so was a bit difficult figuring it out to fit. Hasnt lasted 2 months of school and both zips have broken off. Bag is now unusable.

Little one loves it, I thought being advertised for teenagers it might look a bit too big on a 9yr old, but it’s fine and big enough for when she does go to secondary! I Love the waterproof lining, all the secret pockets and of course the accessories!! The water bottle pocket works well and overall she is very happy with it!
