Poor delivery of my favorite hand wash

I love Pecksniff's England ROSE & PEONY Moisturising Hand Wash. However, when it was delivered, the top was broken and at least 1/2 of the hand wash was no longer in the bottle but freely swaying in the package.I don't know if I will order it again from Amazon.Signed,Disappointed
