Can't use them at all. They slide right down the curtain. Also, received two different kinds. One the wrap around was flat the other was twisted. The twisted was was prettier but neither will hold one nor two heavy black out curtains. Disappointed.

Love it for a middle curtain holder on my sliding glass door curtain set. Hasn’t snapped open unless I am messing with it to adjust the curtain.

I have sheers curtains so they are not thick. These are for thicker curtsins.
