I have tried many different scrubs that are more natural. With most of them, you can barely feel any 'scrub,' this one has just the right amount of exfoliation to leave my skin feeling incredibly smooth and refreshed.The scrubbing particles are gentle yet effective, buffing away dead skin cells and leaving behind a radiant glow. The only downside is that it can be a bit messy and with it being a black color you can see it in the shower. Also, I love that it's in a glass bottle, but I've almost dropped it in the shower a few times.

I can’t remember when I found Zum Face charcoal facial scrub but I haven’t used anything else since. It makes my skin so smooth, it’s easy to use and doesn’t include tons of yucky stuff.

I buy it because I love the smell. The texture is also great and I does the job it's supposed to, exfoliating, leaving your skin clean and supple.

Really liked this face scrub. My skin is super sensitive and this is, while not necessarily gentle due to it being an exfoliator, does not make my face red and flushed.

This product is what saves my skin from breaking out. I noticeably can tell when I skip a night or two from using it because my skin breaks out after not using it. It is gentle enough to use every night, I usually just scrub for about 30 seconds and wash it off.It took me so long to find something that actually works. I went to the dermatologist, tried their recommended products, bought acne fighting products online, even thought about taking medication. Who knew all I needed to incorporate was an exfoliator that I found in my grocery store (now I buy it on Amazon) to help my skin clear up. I'm too afraid to buy any other facial scrub because this one works so well for me, so hopefully this product will be around forever and ever!P.S. I like their eye butter too!

No safety seal, hard and dry texture. I don’t think this product is supposed to be like this. Returning and hoping to get a replacement that is clean and new.

Great face scrub - wouldn’t use daily

I love this entire product line. I have been regularly using the Lemon one and the Walnut one. I recently got the Charcoal one as I was interested in the anti-acne properties of charcoal. I will definitely be purchasing this one again. My skin cleared up pretty quickly after using it 3-4 times. All of the Zum Face exfoliating scrubs are fantastic and I no longer need to shop around for another brand (yay!) They all smell amazing and they even taste pretty good if you accidentally get some in your mouth. (lol)
