Good Product at Value price, but pathetic assembling experience
Using the product for over a month now. As per quality of the product, its really good, however not suitable for very heavy loads. The boards are strong and heavy loads like microwave can be kept, but not more than that. For the material supplied some materials were found bent, had to reshape them again (photo attached) and the assembling procedure is tiresome and pathetic. No clear and easy instruction were given and it took me 4 hours to assemble them completely that to with a lot of hammering.Product - 4/5Material - 3/5Assembling - 1/5Packaging - 4/5

Useful
Took time but quite joyful and tricky to assemble. Space saving and sturdy.

Okay item. Neither too good nor too bad.
Yesterday I received and assembled my rack. The instructions were clearly written for assembly. However assembling it was not easy because the parts didn’t fit too well. The MDF board pieces were also not fitting properly. Although it’s not visible in the picture but the MDF pieces were not fitting well even after putting my crockery which is quite heavy. Other than that the MDF pieces don’t have a long life because they get spoilt during rainy season. The vendor should have given plywood pieces instead of MDF pieces. I rate this product okay okay. If you can get something better with plywood pieces , please go for that

Look like Cardboard shelves, not wooden and are not laminated
I reordered The same rack that I had bought3 years back and was happy about the purchase but this time the shelves came like thick cardboard. Can see that it is like cardboard? Why do you manufacturer such things and waste customer's time? The shelves will get dirty and one can't use water to clean because it is not laminated...Why did you bring down the quality for your product? Manufacture good products, don't fool people who work very hard to set up their houses to make a home and life better for the family. Manufacture products that lasts. Your product is a burden to the environment if people have to throw out your product after 1 year. The frame is good your design is good but just to save some money you brought the quality of your selves?

Sturdy & appealing; Comes with peeves!
PROS====- Sturdy design despite joints.- Appealing finish.- No unsightly bolts.- Neat MDF shelves; can be removed easily for cleaning.- No part deformities; nor major paint issues.- Friction-fit (boltless) assembly results in relatively easy & faster assembly.CONS====- No levelling feet (mine had slightly uneven legs) provided for the feet; plastic caps (bushes) should be offered only for the top of the angles.- 8 plastic caps provided are sufficient only for the 1-rack configuration; 2-rack configuration will need 8 more plastic caps!- The powder coating finish is average; can be better.MY TIPS=======- One Minor Assembly Issue:* High friction between small & big Z beam intesection points.* There is no clearance (indentation) where the small & big Z beams meet.* This causes high friction (can result in minor scratches if not careful) while assembling it.- Suggested Workaround:* Fasten big Z beams first and then the small ones (insert small Z beams into place from the top rather than from the bottom).* Assemble as if you want a 2-rack configuration first. Then, use the connectors provided to switch to 1-rack mode.- Not 'Tool-less':* The 'Product Description' clearly mentions the need of a rubber mallet for assembly.* Even a rubber mallet (or makeshift alternatives like a rubber pad + hammer, etc.) can scrape off the paint if not used with care.- Rework Impact:* Friction-fit design results in scraping of paint at the joints every time you dis/re-assemble it.* For instance, moving shelves up/down or switching configuration from 1-rack to 2-rack will result in peeling of the paint at the joints.- Metal Paint (for touch-up):* As one can expect, the shipment did come with a few superficial & deep scratches.* Scratches may need paint touch-up to prevent rusting risk, if any.- Substandard Instruction Guide:* For instance, the guide doesn't offer tips on how the 4 shelves can be evenly spaced out with maximum space in between them.* Solution: Every Z beam has a pair of slots; assuming the top slot as #1, mount the shelves in the (1,2), (12,13), (23,24) & (34,35) slot pairs.- There's no poka-yoke done for the Z beam; they can be mounted upside down; take care while mounting or it will result in annoying rework!- Those who are not comfortable with DIY will need a helping hand to assemble it; easier to set up with 2 persons.
