When I select the product it shows a bottle of 90 but the unit count in the description says 180. It probably is just an entry mistake.

If the math is incorrect regarding the price, how can I trust the ingredient calculations? Hard pass.

The price is calculated by Amazon and the ingredients determined by the manufacturer. They are not related.

The bottle says manufactured for. Who and where is it manufactured by?

Most likely manufactured in China, where most supplements come from. Without an honest label, you can never tell.
