Vintage Stirling Engine Model for Adults, Thermal Power Stove Fan Engine Model Physics Science Experiment Toy

I really had high hopes for this Stirling engine powered fan. The construction is good quality and the burner works well (on pure alcohol). Unfortunately, even with some low-viscosity lubrication the engine has way too much resistance to run freely. Even after letting it heat up and giving it a good spin it just won't stay running on its own. Very disappointing - I cannot recommend this engine. I tried reaching out to the seller for assistance with no response. Oh well. Still looks cool on the shelf I guess. Just hope no one asks to see it in action, haha!
