These are just what you see in the photos. Holographic finish that makes them super shiny in some lighting. They are well cut. They add some sparkle to a table setting or other uses. I'll be using them for the holidays, especially Christmas and New Year's Day.

I got this to add some sparkle to the table decor for my daughter's graduation. The stars are a great size and look really nice. They add a nice amount of pizazz to the decorations and make the tables look even nicer. The pieces were all cut well with no half or quarter stars from what I could tell. The different sizes add a nice variety too. For the amount, I put on each table I had more than enough to do 10 tables. I'd say I put a modest to moderate amount on each table, just enough to add interest and make a visual impact but not enough to overpower the rest of the centerpiece and table decor.
