Yes it will. I have that charger and the 30min 117 charger and both work fine

Depends on where you purchase it. One is probably a cheaper brand.

It will charge using a P118B charger. I don't know about a P118, I believe that is the older model for that type of charger and if it is I don't think it will charge that battery. Any ONE+ charger will work
